The hotel is conveniently located near Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. While the rooms felt a bit cramped and lacked essential amenities like a coffee maker, the presence of a refrigerator and microwave was useful. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and there were some issues with cleanliness, including roaches. Siri functionality was also problematic during my stay.

The hotel didn't live up to the room we saw in the photos when booking. After calling four times on different days, the room smelled like urine, had stained bed sheets, a broken tub stopper, and a sink that didn't drain properly. The staff seemed overwhelmed.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was truly micro, and I woke up the last morning with a pounding headache. The bathroom was so small that taking a hot shower fogged up everything. Also, the AC wasn't working. On the positive side, the location was perfect for my needs.
